We are devoted to the worship of God

The celebration of the Holy Eucharist – also called the Lord's Supper, the Holy Communion or the Mass – is the center of our life and worship. In this service – in the ministers, the Scriptures, the Sacrament and the congregation – the crucified and risen Christ makes himself known to us and brings us to share in that life which he shares with his Father in the Holy Spirit. It has rightly been said that the Eucharist is the summit toward which the activity of the Church is directed and the fount from which all her power flows: we live to and from the Eucharist.
